I would have rated the say at 5 but felt that it was over priced. While the facilities and staff are all top notch the food, was may be the only other reason i would rate my experience below 5.

From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. The check in was smooth and they also upgrade our stay when they knew about my wedding anniversary and also send cake in the room. We enjoyed a lot in this stay

Little disappointed with the property, sad property, food okay, hospitality nice but architecture is very sad and depressing.

Wonderful stay, staff was very polite and very courteous. Activities for kids were also available, well maintained pool. Delicious food.

Prominent smell of dampness in the room. Have to keep the room door open at midnight for fresh air no temperature controlled pool. Food is good but the stay is not at all recommended

It is a nice staycation and perfect for the family, the hotel staff is supportive and the room is luxurious. Pool is good, food is good

Disappointing Experience with Unusual Check-In Policy

The experience was quite disappointing. The coffee at breakfast was served in paper cups, and I had to specifically request a mug. The bread was old and dry, yet the chef insisted it had been baked earlier that day and “placed in the fridge.” What stood out most was the check-in process—despite providing my Aadhaar and driver’s license, they were deemed insufficient because I am white. I was required to present my passport and visa, which was a first for me.

The food was not good. It did not taste well. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast. We weren’t satisfied with the quality of food in either meal

Stay at vivanta, suraj kund was good. Food also was good. Restaurant staff were very much supportive. Will recommend this property.

Overall it was a nice experience staying there. The staff is very humble. The taste of the food was also good but menu could have been more for the dinner. It was a lengthy process and passage for the pool. Connectivity with the room could have been better.

We thought it was a 5 star property which was a big mistake, the food was very average but charges were very high (in room service) it's not there it's a small property, staff was very good i must say but services they provide was very average not as per 5 star property

The entire experience was excellent. Right from booking at mm t to check-out the experience was seamless. The hotel property was well kept, the rooms are so well designed, the common areas were fully engaging. The food at the hotel was the standout part - absolutely delicious! every service offering was impressive - the place is worth another staycation pretty soon.

Good and healthy and fabulous atmosphere, easy to locate, very nice friendly staff, excellent service, i am loving it, breakfast was too good and chef made my customised ordered so good, i m fan of your hospitality
