Food quality was not up to the mark. And staff behavior was also not polite. Hotel is costly and the facility is not as per the charge taken.

We stayed for a night at this hotel. Hot water is problem. After opening tap it takes ages for the hot water to flow out of taps. There was a party with very loud music and whole of the hotel was vibrating with music beats. It continued till mid night. Request to lower the volume fell on deaf ears. I wouldn't recommend stay here unless it was the only hotel in the city. Food was good.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staffs here are very cooperative and friendly. They cater to your needs and room service is excellent. Amenities provided is at par with any 4 star hotel.

I am frequent traveler to Firozabad. I stayed first tie in Parador and found it best, in nearby area or even in Agra. Every point of hotel is excellent. Also, it is very nearby to Firozabad, best choice to stay.

No hot water

The hot water was not available in washroom. Even when I asked they stated this would take sometime, but again hot water was not there.
