Ac, tv & internet wi-fi not working. Many times called. But, no response. Also, reception was never picking phone for any reqd room service. Finally done complaints & then recd some matl.

They have provided complimentry water bottle in the room which is not cool water. I have asked them to bring a cool water bottle so they told. We will charge for same. So i have paid for the same. And asked them to keep this bottle in the fridge and give it back in morning but they didn't give back in morning. And food charge are very expensive

We stayed here for gurumaa darshan in ashram as this is very near to ashram

It’s fine to stay here. Food is good here. Staff is cooperative. Is good to stay here. They should work upon bathrooms.

The infrastructure is pretty good and the room service is also good. Their is a issue that you can't find any vehicle after 6 or 7 pm and the area around it is little bad.

I would prefer to not to go these kind of places. If I will talk about food facilities that is totally null. If you will order food from there what they will give you they also don't know they doesn't have even breakfast free while we have paid for it. So Overall first-ever negative experience I have had in hotel.
