Hotel location is good in the center of the city. Food is good and staff is co operative. Interns of hygiene consider average but not fully satisfy with service.

Their was no hospitality ….no customer centric approach I experienced during my stay on 9-10th April….Request to arrange puck up drop taxi was not taken into consideration… Breakfast to keep it little late due to my meeting, was not addresed

Property is not maintained properly all floor mats were torn. Rooms and bath rooms not aintained, tolet seats were flimsy not stable dustbins were rusty,, rooms not painted from years. Service also not good wify was so weak that mails werer not getteng downloaded, when complained there was no response for 2 days. Had to speak to general anager to get some respose and fix. Property is located in dirty locality frond and backs views are bad. Food is good, food room service was fast. Tv therre were no english no-view channel subscribed by hotel. No disposable slippers provided.

The hotel opened a decade ago was having issues which in course of time met. After corona this hotel neither have quality food or quality room services. The reception also have very poor service.

Dirty dishes with left over food outside the room left for the whole day from some other room, bed linen not fresh. Room very dusty.

First night: was tired so just took whatever room i got. Morning i realised that housekeeping was not upto the mark. Toilet doors, glasses where dirty, toilet flush push button out of the socket, there was some water leaking from below the pot ( i think this might have been the hand shower, liquid bottle for bathing soap was empty, there was no dustbin in the bathroom. Next day: i changed the room. The next whole night i couldn't sleep as the ac was not effective. Called front desk to assist, the guy came and tried to do something, but was not successful. Again, i was too tired to change the room again in the middle of night, so just managed till morning. Overall i just couldn't wait to get out of this dirty hotel.
