My stay at the fern residency g

I recently stayed at the fern residency and while the accommodation was adequate, the service left much to be desired. Firstly, we had specifically requested room decoration for a birthday celebration well in advance. Despite multiple reminders during our stay, including informing the general manager of the property, the request was completely ignored. This was deeply disappointing, as it was an important occasion, and such negligence reflects poorly on the hotel’s attention to guest needs. Additionally, while the breakfast was fine in terms of food quality, the service was frustratingly poor. The staff were inattentive and seemed least bothered to attend to guests. We had to call them for every small thing, even for something as basic as providing basic utensils and refilling water. It felt like the staff were more focused on avoiding eye contact than ensuring guests had a good experience. For a property of this level, i expected far better service and guest care. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail soured our experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve both their service and responsiveness to guest requests.

Courteous staff and well maintained hotel

Most disturbing and noisy stay ever

Even after knowing the room is allocated, in nearby room noisy and disturbing carpenter and maintenance is kept on going. Strange thing is even after informing hotel staff did not informed to stop the work. No one cared about hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere.

Good rooms but else are below average.

The location is outskirt of city, nothing to explore nearby. The rooms were good and clean however the service was sluggish and the worst was the food. I had dinner and breakfast both were yuck. No amenities in the hotel.

Hotel is very well designed, rooms are very well conceptualized and executed. Over all the hotel and its upkeep is a wow. The issue is with the restaurant plan and it's layout which is not done efficiently and results in delayed services and coordination among-st the team. The team also requires extensive training. Overall the stay was a wow for sure and if fnb gets sorted then one can definitely make it a incredible experience.
