Hotel housekeeping is horrible and there was no towel provided to us since yesterday till today's check out.

Very bad service, decent room. Hotel staff are not reachable, no set top box, no intercom.

Hotel receptionist work and cooking was done by the same person and he refused to take order for lunch saying I had given my order at 1.20 pm which would have been given much before as the order is for single person which is not profitable for him.
