Very horrible experience with this hotel. The rooms quality was very poor, and those were not fully clean, the bed sheet and pillow were fully rushed. The hotel staffs are not professional. Don't prefer this hotel if you are traveling with family.

Some rooms had problems with hot water, other than that everything was fine. The room service was good, the ambiance and the service was amazing.

I booked the room for 15 until 19, i arrived at the hotel around 9, i waited for someone to help me check in but all the staff were busy playing games at phone, totally ignored, i booked for super deluxe but they provided me with the deluxe room although we managed to stay there, restaurant were closed, that means no food, no bottle of water for the guest, there were ants in the room, they don’t bother to clean the room as well. I came from mg mark around 10 pm next day the door was closed, my wife gently tried to open the door but one of the staff aggressively told us what are you doing & start abusing us. After that i didn’t feel safe to stay there. I would not recommend if you’re traveling with your family or friends. Morning staff were nice but the night shift staff i felt scared to stay there. Very unprofessional, please look after this matter asap. Thanks.

we booked 2 rooms for 3 night stay. Once we arrived we found that in one room tv was not available and in another room tv was not working. After informing in the reception they didn't respond well. Staff behaviour in reception was rude. We also had breakfast and the quality of food was worse at the high price. On that price we can have good breakfast outside. One terrible incident we faced during checkout. A hotel staff in reception ( a teenage or 22-23 years old) misbehaved. He was saying that customer doesn't matter to me. He was saying that this area (gangtok, sikkim) is our place, our state. you all are outsiders. His behaviour was like he will trouble us by gathering his people. For him there is no importance of customer. We booked this hotel thinking for goodness but our experience was just opposite our expectations.

Hotel is just opposite as shown in picture. Room is very small and horrible. No hot water facility in bathroom. Poor service. Will never recommend anyone here. Horrible experience

Hotel located at good place. Very good view from terrace. But food was avarage taste. Little cleaning lack but ok ok. Staffs were cooperative.

Blanket was dirty. House keeping staffs are rude. Receptionist is new and amateur. No manager or receptionist after 6 pm. Some of the staffs are non professional. Rooms are dirty. Washroom fitting are not good. Most importantly no water in the hotel. Head office helpdesk is rude and ill-mannered.

Washroom was not proper. Sometimes the taps are lack of water. Flash in the latrin was not working. Washroom experience was terrible.

Worst experience ever. My customer could not even stay there for more than 2 hrs. They got terrible support from hotel. The room was dirty, the washroom was not maintained. They are demanding refund as they stayed in another hotel.

The only good about the hotel is that hotel is clean apart from that nothing is good. No room service, pathetic food, and same breakfast everyday with only 2 to 3 items. I have never seen a hotel without a room service facility.
