I was unaware that the rooms have kanchenjunga view, i get up early, so i went to balcony and was shocked to see mighty kanchanjunga, and at the same time sun rays fall on the snow clad mountain, it turned red, i shouted for my group, it was splendid, so divine it's dining hall looks v beautiful in night, it is v close to mg road i enjoyed my stay

Luxury hotel and has a really good scenery. The food here is good too. Compared to the other hotels in gangtok this one is affordable

Over priced. Room facility is not upto mark. Hot water issues. No ac in any rooms. No balcony, even view from the room is completely blocked by another building. You can't even open window. I strongly will not recon-mend the hotel to folks who came for leisure holiday and wants to enjoy the stay

Good location spacious rooms neat and clean food ok hotel expansion is going on, hence little sound issue. Recommend to visit on confirmation that expansion work is complete. Good helpful staff.

Location is very good. You can see kanchanjanga from all the rooms. Check in was fast and smooth. Ours was a corner room and hence we were getting a panoramic view. Room's interior is tastefully done and it was neat and clean and was ready for us. We had our dinner in their restaurant. Buffet dinner was not available and they gave us a very limited choice for dinner. Very average taste of food. Frankly speaking we were expecting the food at par with all other 5 star facilities we have visited so far. So it was a big disappointment. The next day morning the breakfast was served in our room and the variety, quality and taste was good. I would say the overall experience was average as the expectation is always several notches high when it comes to 5 star hotels.

Super hospitality. Delicious food. Absolute comfort. Beats a 7 star. Highly recommended for single or family stay. The restaurant deck is the place to spend time with family or just by yourself.

Had a very great time in denzong regency. The property is just awesome and very beautiful. It has deltin casino along with it which is worth visiting once. Staff was also very co operative and understanding. Food was very delicious. The only negative point was the ac of the room. Rest everything was very good.

The location of the property is very prime. The food is tasty and staff is polite. Swimming pool and kid zone area is very nice. Overall very nice hotel for comfortable stay and enjoyment.

Lovely open property with mountain view, big rooms, delicious food, polite and well mannered staff. Overall an excellent property to stay and enjoy gangtok along-with casino inhouse. You should plan at-least two days to stay here and enjoy the beauty of nature
