Property location was good but hospitality, food was very poor. They didn’t provide the basic facilities also, wifi was not working. When we checked into the hotel room the room floor was moist, bad smell in the bathroom, curtains were dirty.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The people are also very polite and courteous. But the negative is food. The food quality should be absolutely improved.

Please everyone don't go there, first of all the location of hotel is very poor and they will charge for everything even we called them and requested for wine glasses and they charged us for the same and also they are charging 165 rs for a 40 rs coke. The manager of this hotel is not good, he don't know how to talk to their customers and also i would say no service, don't go there they are looting their customers.

Poor maintenance

Hotel maintenance was very bad. Bugs and insect all over the hotel. Not very good experience. Staffs are very slow in response and not active.

Our stay at galaxy luxuria has been excellent. We stayed for 3 nights. Right from food at the restaurant to the travel desk arrangements, everything was great. We were a party of 3 and still they booked a bolero for nathula pass for us, so that we don't have to change vehicles. Permit and other stuff was taken care by the travel desk.

Quiet ambience. Mr. Abhijeet along with co staff represents friendly environment and provide good facilities. Food is good on genuine price except breakfast facility is not up to mark.

My stay at galaxy luxuria for 3 nights was amazing the hotel and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. Special attraction is their rooftop restaurant. The view and the feel is just awesome. Highly recommended for all. Its near to mg marg as well, walking distance. The at the restaurant (stella) is very polite and does everything to fulfill guests query.

The staffs are very rude, breakfast is horrible and even there was a big spider in the room. Please take care of basic hygiene atleast

The best thing about the hotel is that it is situated right in the heart of the city with minimal distance to mg marg and local taxi stand. I stayed with my wife and our 8 yrs. Old kid and our stay was overall very comfortable. Rooms are nice and have plenty of amenities. The gm of the hotel mr. Patranu sarkar is very co-operative and well intention-ed towards visitors concerns. He is trying his best to improve room service and receptiveness of the staff which is the only area needing improvement. The usp of the hotel is it's rooftop bar/restaurant/lounge which gives a fabulous view of mountains/city. Cleanliness and hygiene of the property is also good. Food sometimes takes a bit more than reasonable time to get ready. Overall a very good hotel which can be excellent if some little things can be taken care of! highly recommended for just for its fabulous view and nice rooms!

Rooms were small, dusty, they did not change the bedsheets, towels and they kept the used glass only. My son used the glass foe having his medicine and again after cleaning the room and asking repeatedly they did not change the glass. I could find this out as there was a stain of medicine on the glass. They gave the bathroom slippers on 2nd day after asking again and again. Washroom m bhi paani jam gya tha and they said room service guy has gone. Paisa k layak service nhi h. Very dust room.

Very close to mg road, very good clean rooms, nice food and restaurant, and pleasant stay. The staff was very cooperative. Overall highly recommended
