We had an excellent time, relaxing and rejuvenating as we wanted. The view was amazing, staff were soft spoken and humble, the food was tasty, in food i would definitely recommend their thukpa and the local style chicken curry and tarkari. We woke up to the bird sounds and a beautiful view of mountain ranges. The air is fragrant with the flowers and the trees that are grown as well as which have been there for ages. Truly amazing.

Best possible location in gangtok, with amazing views of the kanchandzonga ! the huge promenade area is great to walk around or just laze in the small garden area. The rooms are nice, cozy and the staff are very friendly.

We stayed in heritage plaza room. We had a booking of two night for two rooms. One of the room is aligned with descriptions but the other room they gave was miserable. No exhaust fan in bathroom, spider in the wall, dirt present in the wardrobe and most importantly no mini bar facility and two small bed was adjusted to make it one which is problematic for us. So overall the room stay was miserable with bad behavior of the hotel authority. But the restaurant, parking and rest of the things are very good including food taste and general behavior of the stuff.

Stay in mount siniolchu was excellent. Services par excellence. Hotel managers and staff were very courteous. Food was also very good.

This hotel is a one stop getaway for adventure, tourism and hospitality. One can enjoy fantabulous view from terrace, suite as well as dining space. Easily accessible to all the destinations

Overpriced, not ideal for families

The hotel has excellent location and the rooms are spacious, however the rooms are not really maintained. Bathrooms get clogged. The floors seemed unwashed upon check in. The food is good but they don't have 70% of the items from the menu. Staff and managers are friendly but their behaviour changed when we denied their overpriced cab service. There was an extremely rude lady at the front desk who killed all the good mood. Overall, this place is for bachelors and business discussions, not ideal for families.

1 star for excellent location, 1 star for spacious parking and walking area and 1 star for cooperative support staff. So 3 star out of 5 stars. 1 star deduction for small bed size and bad mattress. 1 star deduction for damaged saggy sofa and non working flush in washroom. 1 star deduction for non working wifi for3 days which is troublesome for now a days.

I am very disappointed. Rooms were not clean. Washroom was clogged. And there were mosquitoes all over. I checked out early from the hotel.

Location of hotel was good with nice views, breakfast menu is very limited and fixed and that too with very average quality. Even in this peak winters they are charging for the room heater. Staff was very polite.

Lot of issues with the Hotel. One of the room lights wasn't working and the staff couldn't fix it regardless of notifying them multiple times. The furniture and carpets are really bad. Food was below average. Bathroom was ok. Only saving grace is that the beds were clean and comfortable.
