Why properties can't mention in which floor property have room. Ones payment going on no one can refund or cancel booking. The guest who not going on stairs what he will do after booking.

Hotel was average, fan wasn't available, emergency lightings were available in room & bathroom, when normal electricity wasn't available. It is advised that instead of tv, they may install fans.

Nice environment service is also good but they ask more money for children

Very nice service and clean hotel, good experience and accommodation are also good. Geyser was working and the good thing about savatha is that there were slippers in the bathroom which are not provided in big hotels.

3. Everything is ok. But the rooms & washrooms should be more cleaned. One room geaser was not working. And there was some problem with the electricity. We can't charge our phones. Thank you.

Unhygienic and unhealthy surrounding

The hotel rooms were not clean and were smelling. The pieces of fruit and food were filled to cover up the hole in the bathrooms. The hotel made us likes to puke and which result us to change a hotel at a moment. I was quite disappointed by the management.

Very bad experience due to make my trip it is not a hotel it is only small room and no view point building was very low like a garriage

It's right across mg marg pantaloons. Rooms were okay, not so great.
