5. Montis soyang hotel was amazing. The room was so spacious with bathtub faculty. It was like a heavenly stay. I wish to visit montis soyang again.

In breakfast need more options. Bus is still not arrived at bus stand. Myself is waiting for bus since 6. 30 pm

Room is good but walking slope angle is height and far from mg rode if you are bachelor than good you can stay

Worst experience ever with a hotel booked through make my trip in-spite of upgradation of room. Not at all suitable for family. Behavior of the staff is unprofessional. I think mm t people did not visit or inspect before enlisting.

Regarding amenities, not ok, no mineral water, no table for having food in the room, all furniture is not clean, location is very good, heart of the market, food taste wise good but portion is not ok, other services was ok.

Mantis so-yang hotel management are very well, all staffs are very good. Good behaviour. Sequre softy comunication, food every are good.

The room was scary lots of spider along with their web was there, the bed sheets was so old with bubbling, the food specially roti was semi black and the breakfast which is complimentary is so poor even you have to wait for 1 hr for a bread for grilled or toast, the only good thing was its location which is at m g marg

Though it is old they can maintain better. Non smoking rooms to be reserved and strict ly followed. Approach is difficult

The rooms are very bad. They don’t have any facilities of inverter when the electricity is gone. No house keeping provided. The staff’s behaviour is very rude. Worst experience.

The hotel staff gave us the worst experience in sikkim. They gave us a package to visit lachung which was roughly 30, 000 incl stay, food and travel but the hotel they made us stay was hell where we didn’t have water for the whole night and morning. When we complained it to the staff at montis, they didn’t even listen to us and the manager had a very bad attitude. The staff in lachung even threatened us. These guys work on a complete commission basis and i would recommend to never stay at this residence. Even the breakfast served was slow and the staff was very unresponsive.
