Location is good just 500 meters away from the iconic mg marg. The service is excellent, however there was no one to take your luggage to room. The rooms were very neat and clean.

The rooms were great. Hotel service was good but the food was not good. Please do not order from the hotel kitchen better to order.

room's are really very clean and beautiful,and more important things that all staff r very well mannered and very polite and helping nature including reservation staff. actually we booked Dulux room but unfortunately due to unavailability of three rooms in a same floor they upgraded our booking to supper deluxe rooms with out extra charges that really..up to mark of their hospitality.. thanks 👍

Hotel is a hell. Terrible experience

The property is hell. No restaurant, room service, terrible location. Even tea comes from 200 mts away restaurant. Hell location, its just like an newly constructed building with no refrigerator, locker and even no telephone or intercom facility. I wonder how they write 3 star rating and positive reviews. Its just like a chaull of mumbai. We got room at 5th level with no lifts in hotel. Terrible experience

Courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms, good location. 8-10 minutes walk from mg marg. Food available against order in 30-45 minutes.

The hotel is far from mg road, wrong location wifi was not working and food is very expensive, i felt they are overpriced. 1

Service is not satisfactory. I've entered the room but till now they did not give drinking water, electric kettle and no means of entertainment.

Hotel at gang

The location is a bit congested but the sikkim drivers are experts and they manage to pick and drop but you need to be ready on the spot with luggage. Room service is not at all prompt. We didn't have any of the meals so we couldn't review it. Overall good facilities.

The staff are not so professional and they have to be asked about everything we required constantly. The stay is average and there is no lift we had to climb 5 floors i will never recommend this hotel to anyone

very poor facility

This is not hotel this is just like guest house. We stayed two person but first day given only one towel. Second day towel not given again and again I told that we are two person give two towel but after one hour given only one towel. No functional restaurant in the premises . No intercom telephone facility in the room

Pleasant experience on a budget. Rooms are good for a solo traveller as well as a couple. Very clean. Food options are less, which is understandable being in a hill station, but the quality is good. The only negative point is location. It shows 400 m from m g marg, but that 400 m walk can be troublesome for aged people because the stretch of road is quite steep. Overall, i had a good experience. Thank u.
