The room and hotel both were really wonderful. Everyday they used to clean the room. Very clean room and bathroom. 700 mts to mg marg. Worth the price.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and good environment. Supportive staff. Only thing that bothers is that if u want to go to mg road then u have to climb stairs and steep incline.

I recently stayed at mascatel grand silkroute. It was my 4th time staying here. Always a great experience. Room are clean and spacious. The staff is very polite and respectful. They gave me free upgrade as they have vacant room. Iwould love to recommend it to others

I recently stayed at muscatel grand silkroute, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The most glaring issue was the lack of staff to handle customer needs, which resulted in extremely poor service. Simple requests went unattended for hours, and there was a general lack of responsiveness from the management. The hotel has potential, but the current state of service leaves much to be desired. I hope they address these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
