Got a pleasant accomodation. Warm welcome service but at checkout staff was little rude to wait even for 10 min delay asking for extra charges to pay breakfast was excellent !location is quiet nearby to mg road gangtok

We had a really great stay at q saina the cosmos. Felt room was a little smaller than what is seen in picture, however the room was very comfy and cozy. It is really close to mg margh and both evening when we stayed there we walked to mg road. The staffs were very helpful. Even though it was a complimentary break fast the staff made sure that the guest are well treated.

The breakfast buffet was not adequate and didn't even taste good. The room had some kind of bad odour, The lift was only till the 4th floor and you have to take stairs for 2 floors to reach the restaurant for breakfast

Room is ok but few things very cheap small thing make dirty so exactly happens bed sheets are not available just they never change laundry not delivered the stuff
