Hotel & room ambiance is good at offered price. Location very descent. Being a first timer in gangtok hotel staff is responsible & courteous. Borteen in the restaurant & dining is good at service. Food is good & room service satisfactory. Vikas & vishal at reception area always smiling face. Our overall stay at golden crest was excellent.

Convenient location, helpful reception staff (bikash, limited dining options with vegetarian in-house restaurant, neglected room service and room condition (premium view room - 401, lack of staff during peak / festive time (we stayed during oct 31 to nova 3, car parking is available.

I would like to share some important point that's are as below. Very bad hospitality very bad services rooms were very dirty and they can not satisfy the customers. Food is not hygienic. I can not recommend the golden crest, gangtok.

The stay was good. Rooms were premium looking. The food was delicious. The view from the window was the best thing of the hotel.

Unusual high price of food at restaurants. Inadequate portion of food as per the price. Service also non responsive to guest requirements other two aspects location and amenities are excellent

We checked out as soon as we entered the rooms. The place is horrible. The place is dirty and dusty with cockroaches roaming around the room and corridors. The rooms are nothing like what has been shown in pictures. The staff are also ill mannered and full of attitude with no sense of how to attend guests. Kindly give us our money back as we did not spend even a minute in the room. We have already raised a query and no support has been received. Not at all happy with the services provided. Would never recommend anyone

Room was very clean and spacious even the food was tasty, 24hrs hot water, near to taxi stand. Everything is perfect.

Rooms were moderately clean. Need improvement. The rooms are older than the photos. Tv was not recharged. Food quality was above average. The location is 3. 5 km from mg marg. Need to take a share can every time to go to mg marg cost 30-40 rs. Per person.

Room service was good, vishal welcomed and treated well. They made all arrangements. View was good. The restaurant service was excellent, overall the people welcomed and treated us with a pleasant smile 😊

I had a wonderful stay at the golden crest and the service was top notch. The only thing that i felt low was the bed sheet and the duvet cover. It’s smelled and i felt it wasn’t changed. Because the ones that are changed always smells a little bit of laundry detergent. Though all the service was very smooth and nice at the end we are going to rest in the bed and not anywhere. Also the toilet was not properly cleaned.

We have stayed at this property for 5 nights during off season. Regarding cleanliness it was average, when you have spider nets in rooms what you can say. There is high possibility that during night time there is a power cut but generator dont work sometimes. After 9:30 pm if you need water you have to go to reception area ad bring water for your self. Rest everything was fine.

Excellent place to stay with an amazing hill. Faced view which can bring you a joyful holiday. Also, it's having a very good kitchen beta ima men's amount of variety. Also, it is very near to. Jeep stand which can help you to accommodate yourself and your family in a comfortable gesture. Overall, i can say that this hotel can give you out of crowd a peaceful experience also.
