1. They didn’t even know we had a booking. 2. After much hassel they gave us basic rooms at the basement dungeon inspite of us paying for premium rooms 3. The advert says hill view which is a lie 4. Toilet had stains which was never cleaned 5. Power cut. Yes power cut in a freaking hotel 6. Asked for a bottle of water, the dude asked me to pay it immediately
