The washroom was not clean, there were mosquitos everywhere. It's not worth the price they are charging.

Positive thing: it is nearby ganpatipule temple, it would take 5min by driving. But improvement needed in customer service, room cleanliness.

The ac and tv was not working, wifi was extremely weak, washroom was pathetically dirty, no packaged drinking water of 20- and dental kit of 60- worth was provided, i failed to understand that why were we charged - for 2 rooms. In general these people are not bothered about client centric approach, as they know they won’t run short of business.

The property location is good, but the facility inside were not good. The ac was not working hence we had to escalate it many times but no great results. The bed was also in pretty poor condition. There was no tea available before 8 am which was really bad. The food served in the restaurant was pretty costly ans was not worth the cost.

Hotel rooms are good and well cleaned but hotel restaurant service is not good and so much delay in a single cup of tea only, they took 30 min for a single cup of tea.

Very good place to stay in ganpatipule. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very friendly and cooperate well. Near the location within 10 min walking distance. Thank you.

Pros: good food at the restaurant, rooms and linen, toilet was clean, friendly staff. Cons: food service was bad due to limited kitchen staff, food rates also on much higher side, toilet fittings need improvement

Hotel is near the beach. Rooms are decent. Cleanliness is okay if you are not expecting much. Room service can be better. No complimentary mineral water is provided. Tv don’t have recharge. Some rooms have hot water issue

No proper faciilities are avaiable, we booked ac room but after asking only they have given remote for a/c. Hotel is under construction, hence there was no tv / cable connection even though it was in the room. Also the restaurant was also not avaiable. Such hotel should not in list of make my trip, otherwise we will have to stop using make my trip for further bookings.

We visited Ganpati Pule with Family and checked in late evening. Only one person was available at reception and he was taking care of the entire thing.He was loaded.When we asked for dinner at their restaurant they informed us it would take a long time to prepare food and not even bother to ask wait some time when we left the place .we were having 2 kids and elders.hence selected a nearby place to stay.it's horrible arrangement. In the morning when we tried to reach reception guy he was not in place.no one is available to handle their own customers that was so frustrating.he came at 8 and till time no one is there. Horrible experience at this place.Please don't book it
