Excellent location (walkable to the beach connecting ganapatipule temple. Sea is visible from the rooms and restaurants. Many amenities available to keep family engaged; particularly kids. Food quality was excellent. Courteous staff.

Pros : good location good food good pool and activities cons : rooms are badly maintained staff is not trained no courtesy at all overall, don’t go by the name, it’s just a fancy western name for a local hotel. Staff needs major training for guest handling. Property is old and you can see paint patches falling off, walls with water leakage. If getting this property in the range of 5-6k/night then go for it. Anything above that : there are more options.

I had a pleasant two-day stay at this 4-star sea-view hotel. The amenities were impressive, including indoor games, a swimming pool, spa, and even a shooting range/archery, though I couldn’t try them due to a packed schedule. Breakfast on both days was delightful, while dinner was tasty but slightly overpriced. The housekeeping staff and room service were exceptional—attentive and quick to resolve any issues. However, the toilet ventilation was inadequate, leaving it smelly after use. Overall, a great experience with minor drawbacks!
