Booked the hotel for 2 rooms for 02 october to 03 october. We reached hotel at 5 am on 02 october as our train reached early. They denied us rooms at that time and we paid extra 1000 rupees and we got a room while we had, 3 people with two rooms booked. We just kept our luggage and went to ghat after an hour and left hotel around 4 pm with no rooms provided. The money we used to book rooms was wasted plus extra 1000 rupees.

The hotel did not have working tv. Water problem in the flush. Telephone was not working. It is just for the sake they are running the hotel. 1 soap provided for 3 person. So that was pretty bad for what i had paid for.

My discomfort during my stay in this hotel should be circulated among those who actually plan for a stay at gaya any time in future. First of all, its rent cost is very very high, which does not justify at all. Several other nearby hotels are available with better price and location. Second, the room service was very very poor. Nobody would respond to your telephonic call. Once, i was hurry to leave for rajdhani express early in the morning, there was no water in the bath room. Rang in the inter come, but no body responded. I had to go to the reception in the ground floor. Found the attendant asleep with the handset off hook. I wake up them but my efforts did not work as water could not be resumed on time. The bath room had a big uncovered hole making its use with discomfort. The fittings are too old, either broken, unserviceable or odd looking. There is no bed lamp in ac deluxe room. I am sure, the same fate existing in other rooms too. The ac deluxe was equipped with an old 19 inch tv, justifying it's status. Finally, the lift. It was looking as if the owner exhausted all his fund before completion. The walls were left unplastered creating very look. This hotel is a nonstandard one. Please try to avoid it.

Room and bathroom not clean. No resturant. Outside area of hotel is very dirty. Even no restirant in hotel. However, staff is good.

Poor maintenance, cockroaches and rats are found inside the room. Wrong location in google maps. Arrogant behavior by staff. Hot water not available. Civil construction is happening inside the property so lot of noise and debris. You can find good property nearby for lesser price. Dont book this property and take headache. Avoid

Location is ok, near by railway stn, but in address it is showing gol bagicha, while booking. Which is name of different location. Lift was problematic, and presence of mosquitos disturbed the sleep. The knob of shower was missing, so shower was not operative. There should be a cupboard. Quality of linen was good. Staff were supportive.

होटल ढूंढने में कोई परेशानी नहीं हुई है। होटल स्टाफ काफी अच्छा है। सर्वस भी अच्छी है होटल स्टाफ का वयवहार भी अच्छा रहा है। खाना भी अच्छा है। होटल भी अच्छा है।

Location is good, but food service is not available, pathetic service, communication is almost zero with customer, booked 1 room with 3 adults, so room size is small, so made adjustment is very difficult. Please do the good for customers, i'm not satisfied at all

Room was stinking. Unwashed towels were provided. Buckets and mug was in pathetic condition. Fan was making lot of noise

Actual room is not as per photographs. Remote's power discharged. Blanket not clean. Mattress too old. Washroom not hygeinic.

Hotel do not have adequate staff, they serve breakfast / dinner from outside hotel shops. Very unhygienic and smelly rooms, washroom pipes are choking, for everything you need, you have to go to reception physically only then you can fetch the desired service, mattress either very old or in bad condition, rooms are not sanitized before check-in

Worst experience ever had. Hotel was very horrible condition. No cleanliness and no hot water at bathroom. Mm t should has proper regular checkup of the hotel at a regular intervals.

Third class bathrooms and the rooms are dingy walls are dirty so is the bed sheets ..this I am talking about ac rooms .. they are charging money for the close proximity to the station ..but not worth at all
