Very average hotel but the staff behavior was good. Even the owner was true to his words and as he had promised me a kettle in the room, he inf-act bought a new one. That impressed me. The food too was good. But other than that nothing was above average as even the geyser was not working.

Good hotel near gaya railway station. Service is good. I recommend the hotel grand palace to all. Rooms are near and clean. The washroom is also fit and hygiene.

Hotel management is good as per place and the hotel staffs are also well mannered in behaviour. Hotel is cleaned and maintained good. The food of this hotel is also good in taste.

Hotel was good, but complementary services were not provided at the time entering had to ask for it. Towel was not there, door mat was dirty, i told manager many a times but he didn't changed, blanket was too old as i paid for delux ac room, some amenities were not provided as mentioned in the details. But was okay staying.

Location is near railway station so that is plus point. Room was spacious but not updated. It was mostly clean. But electric appliances like fan and some lights were very old in our room. Bathroom had dim light.

It was a pleasure to stay at hotel grand palace. Location was awesome as it is very close to the nearby gaya railway station. Behaviour of the staffs are also good.
