Location is in a very crowded place near railway station. It takes a lot of time for the vehicle to move. Rooms are average but room service is very poor. It takes half an hour to get a bottle of water. No tea coffee facility in the room. There is no restaurant. Second floor is used for the functions. Loud music goes on till late night. It’s not possible to sleep till the party is over. No value for the money charged.

1. I checked in early between 7 am and 8 am and paid rs 500 extra for this(ok. 2. They provided me a big clean super delux room instead of delux room (probably that room was empty as someone checked out early. Don't expect this will happen for next visitor. 3. Hotel is near to gaya station. 4. Food was a bit costly. But our food in hotels was more costly in rajgir and patna.

Finishing of hotel is average lots of power switch not covered and in open condition, break fats is ok

Kusum palace is a good hotel in gaya. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. It is nearer to railway station. I am very very happy

It's a new property. The hotel is good & the food is also good. Lots of restaurants etc are all nearby places. Stay was comfortable

My stay at hotel kusum was pleasant overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it very accessible for travelers. The amenities were good, and the staff was welcoming. However, i found that the extra bed was a bit uncomfortable, which could use some improvement to enhance guest comfort. Despite this, i enjoyed my time there and appreciated the ease of access and friendly environment.

This hotel does not have a restaurant but have room service. We booked two rooms but their sizes were different. One was not good and didn't have mirror in the toilet. No towels were provided. Orders were served late. The staff were polite and offered their cooperation. The stay experience was average.
