Very old furniture. Stinky room. Noise whole day with construction. They open the door even with dnd at the door

Very poor experience

Worst hotel. Mold infested bathroom, broken bed. Housekeeping manager was arrogant. In room service brought wrong order and demanded that we need to pay without putting the bill for checkout. The waiter was asking playing foul with the card machine so that we pay cash and tip him

The rooms were decent however, the food options were very basic and limited. That is the only downside i felt otherwise, it's a decent place albeit overpriced for the customer experience.

Property is easy to find, service is quite good the rooms are good and wouldn't say excellent as there is some issue with the switch boards, cleanliness is excellent one issue which i found is around 1 in night i asked room service for a water bottle at that time they have given me a mobile no instead of a intercom and that person told that this respective person only can give you the water bottle.

Room no 6021 ac was not working. Ac mechanic repaired it but still sc was not working. Main lift got stuck in 6th floor. Service is poor

Rooms are well appointed and good. Lobby and corridors are well appointed and reasonably spacious. Pool area was locked out in the evening. Gym was not to be found. No starters were served at dinner time. Food needs improvement in quality.

It was a surprisingly pleasant stay. It was my first time that i was staying at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful decor, upkeep and service. Rooms were spacious clean and well lit staff was professional polite and quick. Food was tasty and reasonable. Best option to stay in ghaziabad

The hotel was good. Already added some instructions regarding early check in and higher floor room which was not full filled by the hotel management. Else other things are good. Will book in my next plan if these things get sorted. Regarding make my trip satisfied with your service.

I have requested early check in my booking but receptionist refused to give me her made me wait for 4 hours. He just tried to take early check in fees from me despite of my early check in request through make my trip and he mentioned mmt dosent promise early check in and hotel will not provide without extra payment. Customer service was very bad receptionist deepak was not cooperative at all.
