Very very very third class hotel i ever visit. I booked premium room but that's not premium a third class room with third class washroom. I want to say one thing to the owner is please see what is going on in your hotel food quality 3rd class even i have written in the request option that i want neat and clean room and washroom but they have not seen that thing will never visit again

Not a good experience

I think after paying 9000 for a night we assume the room has all the amenities which is required. Bathroom was too small, switches were broken and not working and ac wasn’t working properly

During my recent stay at mahagun sarovour portico suites, vaishali ghaziabad i was disappointed by several aspects. The room was not up to standard, dirty linens, unclean bathroom, foul smell. This made the stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the level of hygiene i expected. The staff was unresponsive, unprofessional, unhelpful. The experience did not meet expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to ensure better service and comfort for future guests.

The property is okay. Nothing like as i expected, quite below par. The reception staff was indifferent. The food was okay. Dont try the humus it tasted bad. Would rate it as pretty average hotel. Naam bade par darshan chotte
