The stay was pleasant and comfortable. Mr. Anurag from the reception desk was extremely helpful and courteous. He took extra efforts in making my stay more convenient.

The food was probably the only redeemable feature of this stay (it's expensive however. When one books a room in an establishment like this, they expect great service. Even though the staff is courteous, they can be very slow in redressing issues. It took more than an hour for a repairman to come to the room to change the electric kettle, even after 4 calls. There was also some confusion and delay with the early morning cab that i had booked well in advance. There's also a pervasive smell in the bathroom and the drains can get blocked after using the taps for some time. The furniture and rug seem worn by time and there were some stray lipstick marks on one of the blankets.

There was a wedding going on and the entire property was full, pool was so occupied that we got no change to go in the pool area. Terrible service, unable to enjoy the property.

A nice hotel to stay in ghaziabad

Hotel ambience is great. Rooms were neat and clean and most importantly the size of the rooms was good. From my room entire coty was visible. For fooding the payment need to be done upfront at the timenof delivery in room and the same will not be posted to room. Guests are allowed.

Staying in radisson is always good. Staff is very cooperative. Room at excellent. They maintain hygiene very well. If they add comb in vanity kit it will be good

Corporate traveler & morning breakfast is not included in package. This is not acceptable. Secondly while booking i got a message that 20% discount will be offered in my first booking but not given in this as it was my first booking
