The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

Location of the property is in industrial area near jj colony ( jaggi jhopri. You will not get any tea shop etc type within 2 kms area. Light in the room was not sufficient. Room was stinking. No sunlight provision was there. You will not find any day light in room. Hotel is very old and without maintenance. It is good for marriage purposes. So i did not like the hotel.

Not worth the money. Unclean rooms. After checking-in we called the room service several times and then they cleaned the toilet.

Found property, the photo looked very upmarket. Though the hotel is lavishly built with good interiors & adequate staff, only problem is the locality. But overall good value for money

I have stayed a few times in this property this year. The last stay was bad, experience was real bad. 1. The ac duct started unbearable noise in the middle of the night, had to switch it off & call for maintenance. It went on for almost half an hour. The problem wasn't resolved, but the noise was under control. The night's sleep was wasted. 2. The front desk were confused about gym timimg. Outside the gym, board mentioned - open till 10 am. I went at 9. 40 am, found it closed. Called up the front desk, i was told that its open till 9 am. When i mentioned about the board, he said he was sending someone to open it. I went back, waited for 15 mins, nobody turned up. 3. Breakfast - good spread of buffet. But, only the indian food were good. A loo paratha, dosa, etc were excellent. But, when it comes to continental or bakery, its bad. The croissant was hard & tasteless. The cakes & muffins were the same. I took aloo paratha & asked for butter. The butter arrived after my paratha was over.

Amazing experience & hospitality is was good enough. Everyone should go for this hotel when you visit nearby. I think its best choice with this price range. Overall rating will be 9/10.

The experience was pretty decent. Food options could be better. The location of the hotel is not that great, as the access roads to the hotel are in messed up condition.
