A night stay at ghazipur

We chose the hotel for a night stay. The hotel and the rooms were nice. However the food was served with lots of spices, even after we specifically asked them to to make non spicy food for kids.

Property is good location, food good rooms good, tv is not working, wifi not work, food good, bedsheets and cusions are not clean, staff is not maintain room before check in.

Very poor service all staff lasy type jo bhi jayega bahar tak to thik hai but entry ke bad ye apko c samjh lete hai morning me 3 bar call karne ke bad ye towel pahuchwate hai room tak. Koi bhi order do to purr sure hai kama se kama 1 ghanta lagega

Door locks were not working. Room service was pathetic. Basic amenities were also not there. I will never stay again in this hotel.

Worst in ghazipur! don’t book this hotel ever, this hotel deserves 0 rating. Staff don’t care about anything. I ordered my dinner at 7:00 pm after multiple calls and reminders they bring my dinner at 9:30 which was totally different i ordered. Plus there intercoms dont work. In morning i stuck in bathroom as there locks are also not works. Pathetic staff and worst stay in ghazipur.
