Management was terrible. Toilets were dirty, no water, no flush working, basin very dirty, all pipes jam. Less staff. Although staffs were listening and willing to do maintenance work. There were no guests so it was scary. It needs thorough monitoring. Tariff is also high as many good priorities are available at half the price. Not worth keeping in make my trip

Nobody was there at hotel. Hotel was locked, no guest, no kitchen, no service. I opt out to do checkin. Will never book again

I had booked this stay for my parents who visited in the last week of December. They found the hotel very comfortable with excellent food and very courteous staff.

Stay was simply top of the world, in one line!

Simply top of the world, with awesome experience.

Rooms are good. Television set not operative. The manager said tv connection is not enabled last two months because of non payment of tv charges

Poor stay

First night was mosquito bitten, the repellent attached to the switch board was empty. Room tv was there but without functioning. No facility for meals and dinner for individuals. Poor customer service. Only one staff seen who advised to take meals from outside. Attention for group bookings only but not for the poor tourists like us who booked individually.

Room was so so, air-conditioner was inconsistent, television was not working.
Air-conditioner was very much inconsistent, poor call service.
