Stay was good. But not upto the mark of 4 star rating. Blanket n towels were dirty. Room was clean but not cleaned daily. Staff was not so well mannered.

Overall experience are good but one thing i don't like, plates spoons etc are chargeble. Main e baht travel kiya hai jaipur hotel ibis, agra, shimla, manali so many states but koi bhi hotel plates spoon glass ka charge nhi leta. Only main e grand amara me hi dekha.

Location is good, food is good, amenities are okay, service is good but can be made better. But property need better maintenance especially ac. Also, lift starts from the 1st floor.

Good room but bad staff

Very good and professional attitude by the hotel staff. Cleanliness of the rooms is also upto the mark location is also at very good place it’s at walking distance from the beach but it’s not crowded which is the good part.

Stay was good. It’s a 2 star property not a 3 star. Staff is polite except one who generally seat at receptions counters main chair. Make sure you order your food before 10:30 or have dinner outside because they won’t serve after 10 and they won’t allow you to bring outside food/drinks in the room. Otherwise you can look for other similar properties as well.

Stay at your own risk

Walking distance from baga street. Breakfast at hotel is like eating canteen food. You need to ask waiter to refill bowls. Quality is worst for cup cake and juice - everyday they serve mango juice ( amenities one can explore but there is nothing much. Housekeeping service is active but bedsheets are pathetic, unhygienic and in torn conditions. Although this hotel is also no exception from scam to lure money from customers on name of wear and tear. Everyday one has to call housekeeping and ask for hand napkins.
