The room was clean and neat also the staff is very supportive & always ready to help you, but the food is not up to the mark. Tasteless food. All my family members are facing a stomach infection.

It was mentioned as a 4 star hotel, but room sizes are so small. Congested rooms, no proper breakfast like a 3 or 4 star hotels have a very small menu with tied up restaurant shack food vendor. Others were saying it is repeated. They don't have direct beach access. Very small parking, 6 7 two wheeler only can get parked no any 4 wheeler. Our door was not getting locked when we take out card and going out we need to change room. In new room just after shower of 1 person shower gel and conditioner got empty. In previous room ac was making too much noise and very less cooling. Beds bedsheets had patches and found not hygienic. Towel were a bit stink. A very small swimming pool. All rooms were of same size. We mate 3 couple - family all were very much disturbed frustrated and very much unhappy as their holiday got spoiled. Property was not maintained, false claiming of 4 star too much over rated prices. Plenty of things to say but not happy at all with amara

The stay was pathetic, there is construction work going on at the site, this was not informed earlier. It was full of noice. Also, the towels provided were dirty. Everything was under renovation. Hence the price paid was not worth the stay as we were not able to use anything over there. This details should have been mentioned somewhere, so that before booking the property one can decide whether they want to stay there or not!

Rooms are full of cockroaches and insects. The hotel doesn’t offer parking and the public parking is expensive. Breakfast was passable. We were promised a family suit but they changed it since room was under maintenance- this is mystery as it’s a full season

They have given the room mext to kitchen which is very noisy. Lots of disturbance. In total it's a very bad experience

Room was very clean and adjacent to beach. View was very fantastic. Breakfast was very delicious and service was appreciable. In future, i will stay in this hotel and also convey my friends to stay in your hotel.

Very bad service..they didnt even provided us the breakfast which was available in our package also the rooms are not show as in the fotos and bathroom also poor no jacuzi inside which was shown in the package poor furniture’s very unsatisfied with all the facilities poor treatment 👎🏻 ....dont fall for it

the hotel was extremely disappointing. the building is old and poorly maintained, with a small, dirty swimming pool. the rooms were filthy and infested with cockroaches. the breakfast was terrible—we found hair and insects in the sambhar, and the tea was undercooked. room service was equally bad.. ab?

Worst Hotel… worst service… worst location(no direct access as shown and access is just dirty)… no Hygiene… poor food quality…. Stinking rooms, pool, beach access… no place for 4 wheeler parking…false images posted on the booking sites…not at all worth the stay at this price… really regretting the booking decision….seems like they are taking customers granted… you will get much much better hotel at this price…

The property is located at a prime spot, just 100m away from titos, a famous joint in north goa. Also, the beach is just 150m away, allowing the guests to step into the beach anytime. The property lacks maintenance, the squeaky doors, washroom knobs, room walls are all shabby & badly need maintenance. Priced higher for the amenities being provided.

Staff is good. Room conditions and linen conditions are good, cleanliness wise full marks. Location is on beach but construction was going on at upper floor and it was uncomfortable to go in short clothes from there. Only reason to get this property was direct access to beach. Also we were given corner room where there was too much noice and vibration from construction. Also in evening noice from their kitchen.

1. Hotel is in renovation they don’t have any four wheeler parking, very slow service rude behaviour by staff. If you want to stay with mosquitoes, you can choose this hotel

One of the dirtiest stay i have ever been. There’s no point of paying so much amount as you can just go stay in some 1000 rs room. I paid around 6000 which wasn’t worth 1 re. The rooms were dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned for months which i informed the manager and then they shifted me to another room. The rooms are suffocating with worst and dusty balconies.

This property is 2 star, never go on their reviews, they are totally fake, they force customers to write a good review, i booked by make my trip, staff is bad, hotel is off of low quality, food is totally zero, breakfast is full kabada, also rooms smells very bad and coakroaches all over the room, reception guy aksed me to a good review and maine mana kiya to they started fighting

Everything was good but rooms need maintenance and servicing. Cleanliness a bit. Right on the beach
