Have planned to go, but unfortunately 2 days prior to booking date( after 5-6 hrs of 0 cancellation charge time period) got my brothers covid positive report which was submitted to hotel email. Still they haven't provided refund for such genuine reason. Not happy with the management

No blankets. No pillows. No bedsheets. Ac not working. Rooms are small.

1) there was no hot water some tgey had installed solar panels for it. We were given induction heat rods 2) no tv in the rooms. According to the caretaker, they stopped providing those services since in the past some other customers caused damage. 3) only 1 tiny fridge between 4 different rooms. 4) rooms are pretty good on second floor. First floor are really average quality
Social distance followed as the care taker made effort for it.

First thing is property location is not accurate, name board was not theta on the property, no parking available though in amenities they are commiting, poor room hygiene, rooms were not properly clean, dirty washroom, overall it was waste of money and worst stay. Couples. Please don't book this hotel you will checkout and book other hotel again.

First we booked 3 rooms for stay. But when we reach hotel, hotel management sold one room to other customers and told us to adjust in two room. They gave us promise of refunding one room payment. But they didn't gave it back until they forcefully written reviews of their hotel on mm t from my account. Wrist experience ever.
