Rooms are not properly maintained. Washrooms were having mold and seepage accumulation. Toilet was separate fron bathroom, which was good but to wash your hand, you first get out of toilet, close its door and then only bathroom door opens properly and then go to bathroom to wash your hands. Half of the flush knob was broken. Flush when pressed kept going leading to lot of water wastage. Sub par breakfast in buffet. Very limited option, moee than half if which are not of good quality. Juices were watered down. And only one "juice" option is available. Property is called beach resort but its not on the beach, instead a quick walk from backside leading to beach. Only good thing is outside of the property is well maintained.

"i recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beira mar resort, and i must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways! the resort's proximity to the beach was a major plus, and the stunning swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The gardens were beautifully manicured, and the swings added a delightful touch. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reconsider the 11am check-out policy. While i understand the need for a timely check-out, the repeated calls and knocks on the door made me feel a bit rushed and stressed. Overall, however, i would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway"

Great location, close to the beach, nice pool, spacious rooms although a bit old, but very happening with events being organised every day. Food is good and economically priced. Had a great time, loved the hospitality. Keep it up

Pleasant stay close to the beach - pool is small but clean. Not much to do within the resort. Breakfast is decent, prices could be a little lower compared to the facilities.

Very nice place to stay in south goa, had a wonderful, peaceful time over there, very near to benulium beach, just 2-3 mins walk, staff is very supportive, hygienic and green premises, would suggest and recommend this, and will plan to visit again

I have stayed for 2 days. They have a very nice garden and swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty but there were limited options. The staff were friendly, walkable distance to the beach. It's good for family.

One of the best beach resorts in south goa with really tasty food, be in chinese, indian, or local goan, the chef is really good at making the food awesome, the complimentary break fast is great with enough options of south n north indian food and also english bf, very peaceful atmosphere for families n beach is 100 m away from resort, pool is there but 4 ft depth overall a good stay with kind staff

as always. best property. we always have a wonderful, relaxing time @ beira mar beach resorts. all the staff, front desk , housekeeping , resturant staff,owner are so humble and helpful.. this time i went for there per booked full body massage also , it was amazing... the food is also excellent. only this time the breakfast options were less.. that was lil disappointing.. but overall it's a great experience. we stayed there 3rd time. thank you !! 👍

First it is easy to locate the property through google maps. One can enjoy the beach which just walkable distance from the property. The best part is it's grenary.

Good facilities like pool and restaurant. Ambience of the resort is good. Rooms are very dated and basic, can be improved and mordernised for the price they charge. Friendly and welcoming staff.
