This is a private property inside the resorts. Self check in and check out. No any room boy services. Calm and nice property. Near by main road and walkable distance to baga beach, no lift, they are not allowed any outside drinks and food.

Hotelier is cheater and lier

We booked a blue flamingo with mmt 25 days before one of the check in date hotelier told me i have no room i am going to cancel-led your booking i never recommended for blue flamingo, they are cheater and i recommend to mmt black list this hotel.

The rooms are good and spacious. All the facilities are given. It's a good resort with a big lawn and swimming pool. Nearby area to the beach and feasible for all other things like restaurants, shopping areas, car and bike rentals etc. A few things to be mentioned like there is no lift facility for the apartment.

Very bad experience, owner is interrupted for every thing and very miser person and very inconvenient accomodation. Very greedy owner. He is not considered for early checkin. He charged 50% charges for early checkin

The apartment was good value for money given the location proximity to ti-too lane. Some things inside the apartment could have been better. E. G. Sofa cum bed could not be opened. The instruction oh how to switch off the fan was missing, cleanliness could not be better (but was ok)

Room/apartment was spacious, well maintained, its premises is good with parking & security facility. Room is equipped with a nice washing machine, mini fridge, tv, and ac along with facilities like heater, coffee maker, toaster & 2 balconies

Stay is awesome and near by beach and in a walkable distance, all things in flat are working nice n excellent, owner is very friendly and allowed everything i requested lik early in n late check outs, even the resort has the nice restaurant n food is good

Room was not ready at the check-in time. Check in time was 2 pm but i reached at the property at 3. 30 pm. Still, room was not ready. Caretaker reached at around 5:30 pm to clean the room but water was not coming at that time so he waited until l the water supply started. Also out of two acs in bed room and hall, the hall ac was not working. The owner promised that it will be repaired by the evening but any mechanic didnt appear in the evening. These issues spoiled our whole evening of the first day. Next day the owner called to know our suitable time for ac repair, we said evening but in this evening also mechanic didn't come. We spent 4 nights there with only one ac. After reaching there we came to know that the amenities swimming pool/gym etc can be used only after ordering food of minimum rs. 2000, o/w use of these wont be allowed.

Blue flamingo goa - worst ever experience in my 49 years of age, our room no was 322, i didn't find a single thing in order starting from check in to check out. You have to pay the bell boy who is not working for blue flamingo rs. 100- for get the luggage to your room while checking in and to lobby while checking out as the property on 3rd floor without lift. Main door of the apartment has got a lock which no one can open with key if get locked. The bellboy will drop in to apartment again from the balcony which have got no locks. Security compromised like hell here as any one can enter any time. The door between living n dining area and the room has got no lock at all and owner mr rajeev (who don't even know how to talk with guests) told us we don't provide lock on that door and the worst part he sold that dining and living space as another room to us. All the amenities showed on the portal for this property either not there or chargeable by narzi resorts to whom all these belongs too. Nothing is there in terms of amenities by blue flamingo except wi-fi which work in living n dining are and not in the room. Safe given for security of guests belongings is in bathroom below the wash basin and in pathetic condition dirty n broken condition. Washing machine is there in kitchen below the induction will surely will give u a feel of washing area be it utensil or cloth. Hand shower for commode common in so called two rooms is broken and not working properly. End of the day nothing is average even there in this property blue flamingo, its not worth for staying for a minute.

Property is in 3rd floor, no lift to reach the room. Pool they will show in description, but to aces s it is chargeable.
