Beautiful beach facing resort with good food & hygiene

The property is beautifully located right on bogmalo beach. The view is fantabulous. Food is good & the resort is maintained clean. Service can be improved in the coconut groove buffet area, as staff is under staffed there & not much staff to cater to service. A table fell with glasses n food spilling over but no one was there to help on that, which was really pathetic. The service manager noting the room #s there is least interested & irritated most of the time, which doesn’t give an amicable feeling to the atmosphere.

Beautiful location and ambience. Enjoyed beautiful stay here. Well organized everything. Staff is very good. Especially house keeping staff. Dining area so beautiful at the bank of bagmolla beach.

The resort is very close to the beach. The beach is less crowded and clean. There were water sport activities during the time we visited. The staff were friendly. The amenities were good. The food was good however we recommend to add more of local cuisines in the menu. There is a well equipped gym. The hotel provides required transport and logistics. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended

Location is excellent just next to beach and close to vasco city and airport. The rooms have a great sea view. The staff is very humble and always willing to help. The buffet dinner included in the package was also excellent. Best value for money.

Very good propert and location. Staff is very co operative please take proper care of bathrooms and it's maintenance. Hardware needs to change in bathroom and proper ventilation is required. All other things were superb. Had a wonderful stay.

I stayed 3 nights with my family. Location is very good with mesmerizing view of beach, food is good, hotel staff very warm and hospitable, only thing which need improvement is room quality such as the structure is old and needs renovation, replacement of furnitures, bathroom accessories, electrical fittings etc. Overall ratings it's good but not upto the level of five star.

I really liked the resort's old-fashioned, five-star vibe, as well as its location. My stay was less stressful because of ms. Divya bisht's assistance at the front desk with my reservations. I heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel close to the airport, a clean beach, and excellent food and service.

Though a little secluded and away from most popular tourist hubs of goa, the beach attached to the resort makes for a wonderful goan experience. The food, services and amenities of the resort were all very good. It was a great stay for me, considering i travel-led alone with my two minor kids.

Very bad experience in my life. I booked premium room sea view but they gave me executive room. I didn't like 'premium room' because the room is damaged and i have to travel up and down through the restaurant. The most important thing is the premium room on the ground floor.

Location :excellent. On the bogmallo beach with entry to beach available from hotel itself. Sea facing room i was staying, the view was excellent. Other than the location and big size of the hotel i dint like anything else. Reception staff was ultra slow, lacked basic manners, buffet was nothing special. Room ok, but the bat-room at 320 was stinking during the whole stay.

Very courteous staff, we wanted to extend the stay till late evening on last day and they accommodated with very nominal charges. Food was good and live music in the evening. Beach is just outside the resort and view from room was amazing

The rooms have become pretty old and need immediate re-innovation. Furniture & bedding etc looks overused. Had to change the room twice to get reasonably ok room on 5th floor. Food and buffet spread is fine. Staff is very helpful and they did not make any fuss in changing the rooms

One of the best location to stay with beach access from resort. Very good location with friendly staff. One of the restaurant guy angle is too good and arranged very nice jain food to us.
