Tbe rooms on ground floor are very small. Not even a chair or table in the room. Restaurant is only for breakfast which is also very limited. Not worth the rent price for two persons. How ever location is close to miramar beach. Staff are good. Ok for very short stay of one or two days max.

Firstly the experience was very bad while entering the room there was no window in fact the smell of moisture was too bad. They did not offer any toiletries items the bed sheet is full of fuzz.

Good breakfast, good staff, average room size, no specific view from the hotel room, average location of the hotel, inadequate car parking.

Only lakshmi made a good food. Rest all services and hotel not good. There were no windows in room. Dirty rooms. Suffocating alot.

Average hotel location, need to remind at counter to make the room, bath towels were not replace on the next day and have to inform at the reception after returning from site scenes. Choose this hotel as a last option.

This place is very safe and relaxing. Its away from all chaos of typical goan touristic areas and is located in the heart of city. Close to miramar beach and all well known restaurants. I loved my stay felt like home. Thankyou btw staff is very polite and helpful.

Great stay nice location staff were helpful and accommodating overall a good experience although limited food options there is a mac donald’s few meters away the location is quiet and peaceful.

Big and clean rooms. Had got deluxe room which was without attached balcony but the room was very spacious, organised and well maintained. Bathroom was bit small but was comfortable. Had pleasant stay at the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner options. Restaurant has tie-up with local eatery nearby which i did not try. Restaurant provided breakfast and quite good - they had methi paratha, bread with butter/jam/egg options. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay.

This looks like home stay and brekfst given only alu barota and omelet there is no menus. Bed is not cleaned. Cost is too high for this property. I am disappointed. Location also not good. Rs 3500 i paid for single room. Its not worth.

Rooms are very congested and looks like a boys hostel. Even the bed size is too small and noisy … No parking space, No restaurants , No toilet accessories.

We stayed there for a night. Unfortunately we had booking for next day in another hotel otherwise we would have extend our stay there. Clean and cozy rooms. Supportive staff, good breakfast options. Very near from main attractions in panjim and near by points.
