Actual price at property was much less than what i paid the room allotted was told deluxe but was of lower category bedsheets and blankets were not washed used were given room service was totally worst-case. Pl provide good property only. Very upset with makemytrip

It was really amazing stay. When they came to know we are on our honeymoon and its our first night they upgraded the room to suite and decorated it. Staff is really humble and food is also good. Would definitely recommend it.

Property was good. Service is slow and the room which was allocated was. Not having any ventilation and there was a bath tub in the room. Breakfast is ok ok

The property was not worth. Rooms not good. Breakfast options are worst. Not good taste. Management is also not well. Only staff behaviour was good and i can give 1 star just for them. Rest not at all recommended.

Room is good, overall service and food is below average, to deliver simple cutlery they take 30 to 45 min and also forget to deliver sometimes. Nearest beach is approx 1 km away. By car -7-8 min by walk- 15-20 min

1. Cheating on rooms descriptions, i booked room by seeing the bath tub and balcony for about 27000 for 3 days. Later they removed that description from makemytrip too. Room was not that much worthy to give 9000/ per day. May be they gave us left over rooms on christmas 2. Food quality is so poor 3. Elevator was not working 4. Rooms are too dark, very dim light

The property is excellent, rooms are splendid and very soacious. But the service needs to be improved a bit. They take a bit more time than usual to respond. But, overall stay was very good.

Accomodation was good but food service was very poor. Inf-act 1 day breakfast buffet was literally empty and nobody was available for service that we had to go out and have breakfast despite having paid for the same. Overall food service was very poor.

Location of resort is pretty nice with Ashwem & Morjim beaches just 5-10 mins drive.. & room is pretty big and spacious.. but unfortunately there are few things about the resort that doesn’t work.. first thing their breakfast quality.. very average in variety and taste.. sweet sambhar, no coconut chutney, super bad parathas and a toaster that just refuses to toast bread.. 😂 for a property tagged as 4*, you expect much more.. the hotel also had issues with hot water availability.. plus they don’t give mineral water bottle, rather just fill up 1 bottle every time you ask for water.. definitely needs more attention and changes..!!

Amazing experience with quiet and peaceful stay the hotel is located near forest areas where you will find less crowd and more greenery and the hotel is built in old heritage style

What a gem of a place destroyed by bad management. Amazing location, amazing building but no maintenance. Door latch, bathroom latch broken, dirty corridor, rooms were dirty with dirty bedsheets and above all no food for breakfast on a new year and only one person to serve food. Poor guy had to face all the burnt after which food were bought and more servers came. If this place is taken over by an nice management it will be one of the best place in morjim.

The room's furniture theme is based on an old home that we didn't like at all. Bathroom lock was broken and the balcony light was not working. Very few items are available to order from the restaurant. Room service is slow.

Very nice ambience with old theme of rooms. Nice view as it is on hill top. Spa facilities are also available to relax after your trip. Swimming pool is also great

Worst holidays in my life 1 ) pool was not working for the first 3 days of my stay contacted with makemy trip no use 2 ) cheating on rooms description: i booked this room by seeing the jaquzii in it 101% i was sure on that later wot happened is they removed that from the description i wonder how come makemytrip allows that the best part is that when i check in jaquzii is inside room but under maintenance 3) food was not as per the star rating they have very poor service as well 4 ) rooms are not well maintained and looks very old
