The rooms were clean, the staff was very polite and they provided very good service, overall it was a good experience.

I’m really disappointed as i came with four other families. I booked two hotels through makemytrip for three days but only stayed for one day. Two-thirds of my trip was wasted. The trip started poorly, and most of our time was spent booking another hotel. Thankfully, i didn't use makemytrip for the new booking and found a good hotel. I will not be using makemytrip again.

I had paid approx 5500 per room for couple along with breakfast. Rooms are very small. I did not find worth. Staffs are good

Cons : there is no lift which is still ok as it helps you do your walk however would be difficult for elders. Property is nice, rooms are good. Only issue is with fans and ac they nake funny sounds. Pros : food is good. Service is great. Staff is polite and nice.

Nice hotel, quite place. 1 km from palolium beach, swimming pool is good, food is ok ok. Need to improve the taste. Food is very costly.

Rooms are quite small and no mini bars in the room(mini fridge) on request they provided one but it was not cooling. Food was good at nadora restaurant.

Had an average experience. Not so good, not so bad. I booked a standard room and a deluxe room as we were with our kids. Being aware of the condition, the manager was going to give us rooms on different floors. After general managers intervention we settled for standard rooms for first two days and deluxe on last two days on same floor. Otherwise the hotel rooms are very good. We got wide variety in breakfast. If you want to book, then book with included breakfast. The staff is very cooperative and friendly especially mr varun, who very friendly cooperated with us. Mr manoj and mr devkumar are also good. There is frequent power cutoff in south goa but the hotel has good power backup so no issues. We faced issue regarding hot water. So overall, comfortable and average stay. Location is close to palolem beach. If you are going to stay you have to ask/follow up for small small things like bathroom sleepers, local telephone instrument etc. Pros: good breakfast, good hotel infrastructure, close to palolem beach. Peaceful atmosphere. Good forfamiliy stay cons: hot water issue, some new staff not understanding the customer demand, poor room service. Not everything listed under your room category you will get against the moneyyou paid. I will give 3 star. One more for breakfast.

It is a 4. 5 star for me as not a 5 just because some of construction is remaining as lift is not there other than that rooms, service, pool with bar, parking, location, ambience 5 on 5. I would like to stay here again if i visit south goa in future.

The stay was really decent and the food was amazing. There is no elevator in this hotel which was the only drawback, otherwise a great stay in a decent location.

Varun has been amazing. He coordinates well and makes sure customers are at ease. Provides you with suggestions on what all to explore. Overall the hotel ambience is really great and is at walkable distance from beach.

Stay was okay, can say it’s a 2 star property not a 3 star. In my case ac was not functional full time and telephone was not there in the room and lift is not there in the hotel. Hotel staff is very cooperative and polite. Be aware they can charge you insane amounts if you order anything from their restaurant not as per menu card rates.

The stay was comfortable. Cons: rooms could have been a little larger and were missing a balcony. Pros: service and food was amazing. One must have their buffet breakfast.
