Pretty average for a bonvoy stay, other bonvoy properties have a much better dining experience, trust me the dining experience here will disappoint you!

There are so many amenities that the hotel provides like gym, spa, pool, food, kids club. Staff is very polite. Rooms are a little small but they are clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed at the fairfield by marriott resort in goa calangute for four days and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The stay started off well, but issues began to arise from the second day. We were unexpectedly told that we couldn’t charge anything to the room and had to pay for everything immediately. Despite paying for an extra bed through makemytrip, we were told that all the beds were occupied, leaving our third guest to sleep on the floor for the entire stay. The buffet breakfast was another letdown, with limited options and subpar quality, far below what one would expect from a marriott property. Overall, it was not the experience we anticipated, and i hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.

I have booked for 3 adults including my 15 year old son. Upon asking they told they don’t have extra bed and can provide only mattress. Which is absurd when you have already made booking for 3

If you’re looking for a crash course in how not to run a hotel, Fairfield Marriott in Calangute is your destination. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was more of a training academy than a functioning hotel. Interns ran the show, and while they tried, the lack of supervision was glaring. Our room was a disaster from the start—sandy floors, no bathmat, and a shower that doubled as a flood simulator. Housekeeping was a joke; it took four or five calls just to get someone to clean the room. Meanwhile, the room opposite ours had a buffet of leftovers outside their door for six hours before it was finally whisked away. This was not just a stay; it was an endurance test. Save your money and sanity—there are far better options in Goa.

Horrible property, not a 4 star. Rooms not clean. Small, smelly & dirty rooms. More like a 2-3 star hotel. Short staffed. Misleading photos on app to make rooms look clean & big. Missing amenities from rooms. Breakfast area was like a fish market, fully crowded.

the room was compact, ants were all over the place, no toiletries were there except2-3 things, they didnt provide me adapter for few hours.. marriott property has no adapter… really..?? i requested them multiple times to change my room and they promised to show another room but they didnt. not even an early check out when i requested multiple times. overall bad experience

The hotel is good but if you prefer to roam around in a taxi (private) then the taxi stand just outside the hotel is a big issue for the tourist. The union doesn’t allow private cabs into the premises of the hotel and the hotel won't provide assistance on the same. Most pathetic thing and definitely a big no for next visit. The same happens for lime-tree and radisson.

The overall stay was good but the room hygiene was pathetic. The room was very untidy. We had requested for a room cleaning but it was still very unclean. Dust all over. Also for the bathroom essentials we had to call them twice. Food was good though.

The hotel was alright. Decent location, good service. But rooms were small. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Usually marriot breakfasts have so many options and its really good food. But this was nothing in comparison.

The stay was very comfortable as we had taken queen suite room. Also, we were celebrating my parents anniversary in goa and sum i from the front desk gave a surprise by getting the room decorated with a small cake & balloons. Special thanks to her as this gesture was really sweet and really made our day. She also helped us for early check-in and late check-out as my parents were senior citizens and helped us have a comfortable stay with good service.

The location is good. Walking distance from the calangute beach. It has a ev charging station which is an added advantage. Breakfast was good.

Very poor service. Staffs are rude and not bothered as there is good booking. Check in and check out both have issues. Such big hotel and few times there is no valet parking. Customer service is gone.
