Good food, nice location 900 meters from candolim beach, good staff, clean property. Issue with music keep buzzing in each floor

Amminities were mismatched hotel pool staff was ridiculous they will fool uh again for pool dress they alwaz ask you to change the dress for swimming pool as per the written policy of the hotel the stack entry of boys will not allowed into the hotel but they are allowing the stack entry of boys due to which the couple will not get the chance to get in the swimming pool

I stayed in the Imperial Room of the hotel from 8th to 12th December, the cleanliness was good with the hotel but the food was expensive compared to other hotels in Goa and it was not tasty either.

Manager does not know what he is doing. He has no authority and no understanding. No hand towels, super slow service, discounts confirmed on booking also had to be told to him, non-courteous employees, they had to be requested again and again even for basics.

Location is not good. Is located in a small street. No front view. Back view is good. It is pool view. I booked imperial room which was shown as 410 sq feet on the site. But room is not more than 250 sq feet. However balcony is very large but one can not sit at night in the balcony. There are many insects on the lights in balcony. Breakfast was good. Good variety. Overall average stay

Overall the experience was good, the location of the hotel is good to visit candolim beach, fort aguada, museum and calangute and baga beach. The hotel was good but there was a bit of a lack in services and needed to improve the kids play area.

Excellent staff, excellent facility and excellent service specially the restaurant team and swimming trainer. The front desk needs to be little bit more friendly.
