the stay at grande ave maria resort was very good . we had booked the pool facing rooms and they were very good. the pool was also maintained clean and kids and adults enjoyed a lot. the complimentary breakfast was also very nice. the manager ritik was very helpful in arranging vehicles for pick up and drop from railway station and local sight seeing and recommending good places. 👌👌

The rooms were not clean, it was damp. This hotel is not fit to stay. Swimming pool people would develop serious diseases if they try. No proper management. Makemytrip should ban this hotel from listing.

The best part of this hotel is that it is very near to candolim beach. Rooms are clean but very small than showing in pics. Even the swimming pool will disappoint you. However i am rating them good as staff are very very helpful and will try their best to help you in all possible ways.

The place was in a good location and the pool was also clean but the rooms and washroom had insects, insects walking on the walls beds and bathroom not clean. Staff was good. But i would like if the rooms were clean and electricity went twice.

It's basic facilities in budjet. If anyone wants to stay in budget and still comfortable stay it's best place. Walking distance from the beach and market. Breakfast was good. Service is good. Totally it was very good, comfortable stay.

The place is very close to candolim and is nice and cozy. Room was a bit small but everything else thumbs up. The caretaker team a bit slow very polite.

It was the worst experience for the first time. 1. The room was not as good as the picture2. I had a booking for a standard room, that was really terrible while checking in ac and tv was not working. The washroom was like hell. They were using bedsheets and kushon without wash. Me and my wife was feeling very filthy. 4. Behavior - there was a little strain in bedsheets at the time of check out they charged 1000- extra and the behaviour was like my family did some crime. Everyone was impolite. Conclusions-i would never recommend this resort aka slums to anyone else.

Been to candolim beach side cottages many times, and tried this resort 1st time. I was staying at pool view room. Rooms are clean, water bottles provided daily, room cleaned daily, pool is average sized but well maintained. Helping and supportive reception attendant guys. Worth the price and service. Just 1 bad thing is the mosquito menace. Overall in goa, it's a problem these days but the resort owners need to spray chemicals/fumigation time to time in & out of the rooms. The mosquito repellent devices are not worth anyway to protect us. So ensure the repellent cream is applied on body. I got good supoort from management in finding 2 wheeler. Definitely worth to visit again!
