Good place to stay, if there is no other choice. Good service. Small n cozy rooms😊👍 but as it's quite old building... Beware of cocroaches 🪳

Room service is very very poor. Hot water and even tv also not working. In reception they don't have proper payment options for card payment. Worst service

Hotel was ok but not very good, i had no option but to stay there. Cleanliness was not maintained, towels, soaps etc were given only after asking the hotel staff, hygiene was not properly maintained.

No one available at reception most of the time.Charges are not clearly explained unless you start arguingit's mentioned toiletries will be provided but they never doWe are informed that hot water will be there 24×7. But after asking multiple times we are given immersion rodsone of the room ceilings of room was dripping

1. 1. Room was very small, the ceiling was not height enough 2. Insects were all over tye room, like cockroches, lizard, ant. 3. If we open the window which is near the bed, we can see only pigeon's waste. 4. The lift was very small.

Room was so suffocating and sticky smell no basic requirement was also provided. Ac was not working properly bed was not properly clean. Overall very poor condition not worth in this rates. So don't recommend in future.

Rooms were okay. They required cleaning, pest control and fixing water leaks inside the bathroom. It included jet spray continuous water leakage and slow water flow in the washbasin tap.

Didn't provide the booked room. Asked to make adjustments or cancel the book. Not at all friendly. Rooms are not hygienic as shown in pictures.
