I recently stayed at hotel grace majestic, just a 15-minute taxi ride from madgaon railway station, and had a great experience. The room was spacious and, for the price we paid, it was excellent value for money. The restaurant served good food, and there was ample parking space available. While the breakfast menu had limited options, there’s room for improvement in that area. However, the standout aspect was the staff, who were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The rooms were good ( we booked two rooms) and well kept. The washroom was tight to enter and exit. The real concerns are lack of access from basement parking to the hotel reception. The security didn't guide us on this info. As a result, we ended up carrying all luggage from basement to hotel entry. And even from reception to lift, one has to climb a few steps. If you are a vegetarian then please do not opt for breakfast included option while booking. The hotel management thinks serving a few slices of bread (just bread) is the only vegetarian item available on earth while non vegetarian options were expansive. The elders and kid in my family had to live with this lone option. The hotel staff were very casual about it. Ms ria in reception suggested we eat sweet bun if we wanted option. Probably they think everyone who comes to goa will have non-vegetarian liquor. After i expressed my displeasure over non availability of a decent vegetarian option and as we chose to leave the restaurant, the staff half heartedly suggested they could serve vermicelli for us if we waited. We chose to forgo and left the hotel. Thanks to this experience, i chose another hotel for next day's stay

Peaceful hotel. Hope they get all the mini refrigerators repaired.

Hotel is good. Staff is good. Food is very expensive and the refrigerator in the room is not a refrigerator but a microwave as it keeps cold beverages warm

I booked room for 4 adults father, mother & two child. The option given is two rooms booking system, but during checkin they given us far away rooms. Too inconvenient for a family. And there explanation is like not considering any family values. I will not prefer any one to choose thiz types of stays.

Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Had an excellent stay at this resort. Food was very tasty at affordable rates. Rooms were clean and neat. Only thing which troubled us was the water logging in wash basin.
