Only very good hotel in ponda very nice restaurant with very good breakfast. Staff very cooperative. Room very good. Clean washroom. Centrally located

Very poor toiletries are not available in the room and have to purchase with extra money from hotel. Still not got final tax invoice from hotel even multiple follow up with them

Rooms was compact, charged for compact which is worth , for dental kit charged extra amount, compact washroom water is coming out to room from washroom. Very bad experience,

food was only limited variety and not having non-veg option in pre booking food menu. means we have to spend extra to have non-veg and few better type of variety food in veg. we have to park and remove our vehicle ourself as they don't have staff for parking even their parking area is not easy to park. There is no fridge in the room in which I was staying even in thay room price one can get a room even in country inn with better amenties. so, if you have no other option then go for it otherwise go for better or at a price.although it was my first stay with it.

Hotel is quite good and is almost hidden from outside. The bar, lobby, exteriors are all superb and spacious. I wonder when exteriors and lobbies are so spacious and nice, what happened while planning room interiors. Rooms are very small and cramped, especially if you are with double occupancy. With triple occupancy no chance to move on room.

Rooms are well maintained but main entrance does not give impression of hotel. Dining area has small swimming pool.

Perfect City location if one is planning to visit temples in Goa this Hotel is and ideal place to stay as it's near to all the famous temples of Goa. Excellent in terms of cleanliness they have their staff cleaning the Hotel premises on hourly bases. Restaurant called waterfront is also good as they serve good food. Breakfast is quite monotonous as they have the same repeated menu but that's ok one can opt for other small breakfast joints near the Hotel. Staff is quite courteous specially joseph who took care of all the needs. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this Hotel

Not an Executive Hotel, don't get deceived by pictures, not Worth staying again, suite was like a deluxe room. No security at all

The price taken online was higher for EP plan, the lodge offered inclusive of GST and CP plan (with breakfast). I checked in at 11.30 pm, they didn't provide a bottle of water, the phone doesn't work, had to walk back, and they mercilessly had no water.

Very very small rooms, no special facilities other then sleeping, breakfast was of poor quality and limited options, all furniture is of metal which make sound even if you keep mobile

Premium rooms too small for 3 pax. Not as per the amount paid. Only 2 people should be allowed by the hotel in such rooms so that while booking other rooms can be taken. Breakfast was average. Overall average stay.

Location was fine, food was good, rooms were small, tv was not working, our door got locked once n could not open, had to call staff. But staff was cooperative n service was good.
