I recently had the pleasure of staying at jnb orchards, and i must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment i arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make sure i felt welcomed and well taken care of, which set the tone for my entire stay. The room was immaculately clean and tidy, offering a relaxing atmosphere with all the necessary amenities to ensure comfort. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining their rooms, and it made all the difference in creating a restful environment. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable, and i couldn't have asked for a better experience at this price range. I highly recommend jnb orchards for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay, with excellent service and a commitment to cleanliness.

Location excellent, very peaceful, basic amenities and services were excellent. Only suggestion morning tea to be provided in the room or tea deep deep bags. Otherwise myself and my wife enjoyed the stay. Also close to the beach and on. Main road so easy excess to nearby restaurants and transport. Good for recommending to friends and family.

The stay was excellent. Beautiful neat and clean cottages. Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Very well designed property. Owner and caretaker are very much supportive. The swimming pool is also very well maintained and clean. The location is not far from baga beach. All the basic amenities were available in cottages.

Worst experience with this property and its owner. We were confirmed a extra day booking for 8 hours for which the owner confirmed to us but just because he got a full day deal he cancel-led our booking on immediate effect. Early morning at 10. 45am he is informing us to check out when we were not even woke d up. We were sleeping and the owner dint even informed us to check out. Immediateky we were forced to check out within 15 minutes. Worst service and the owner is really very greedy where for him money is more than guest and relationship. Really pathetic experience with this property as our entire day was spoil because of the owner. We were forced to book a new property on the spot. I will advice not to visit here, it is a total waste visiting here. We are regretting to choose this property with worst management where the guest are forced to check out on immediately even after confirmation from the owner. Just because the owner got a full day payment he on the spot declined our confirmed booking and made us look for another property. Really pathetic service. I will advice not to visit here. We still regret to choose this property as our stay. Our entire goa trip got wasted because of jnb orchads.

Jnb orchards is a lovely cabin stay at a good location in south goa. The room provided was clean and comfortable. Wifi works fairly well, bathing and toilet is good as well. Ms laxmi is prompt in her response and the swimming pool is clean. A good, budget stay option.

Nice n cozy stay. Quiet place to spend a weekend. Just didn't get car parking inside the premises but roadside! other than that received a really good service throughout!

The hotel room was clean, cozy, and had a romantic ambience, perfect for couples. We especially enjoyed the service and beautiful view from our room. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend booking this hotel and enjoyable stay.

We had booked this cottage( homestay). It is a good, decent property for group of friends, family. It has 4 cottage huts, a swimming pool and a small garden. The rent cost was quite good. Lakshmi, the caretaker is friendly and sweet lady. The check in was at 12:30pm but we had reached the location at 11:30am. Keshav (marketing guy) had told lakshmi and she told us to freshen up in the common washrooms. She even made sure that the room gets ready as soon as possible. Keshav gave us bike rentals number and we got 2 bikes. The room is also very clean with ac, double bed, tv, clean washrooms, cupboard, small fridge etc. The security person at night, mr. Dwivedi is also a good friendly fellow and also took extra care that we are safe. The next day we checked out and had kept our luggage at the reception till evening. Mr. Dwivedi made a cab arrangement in reasonable rate for us as we had to go to north goa. Overall the staff here is very friendly and cooperative. Altogether it was a good, cozy stay experience at jnb orchards. Thank you for a great experience.

The property is well maintained staff is cordial and approachable. Pool was clean and well maintained. Cottage was extraordinary and very much budget friendly we were first speculative whether we will be able to mange a toddler and 6 yr old as this was the kids first hang out to goa thanks to j and b we are going to carry very good memories with us we will recommend the cottage to our friends and relatives as well.
