Everything was below average. Hygiene was not maintained. Bed sheets were changed when we forced. Swimming pool water was not clean and stinking. It was over priced so not value for money.

Stay was average, not bad at all but not really anything to write off as really good. Food is a little below average. Cleaning is also average. The overall service is below average.

Hotel manager mr. Mukesh is from bihar and is having no hospitality even he spoils all mood of vacation apart from mukesh all staff is good and hotel is good

Location is near to morjim/ashwem beach, little hustle is searching property location as it is not on main road. Hotel was not as it look into pictures, 3-4 hotels were side by side, so bit crowded and no open privacy. Swimming pool was small, water was not clean. Rooms did not had all amenities as mentioned

I would like to recommend anyone who looking for a great stay. The combination of excellent rooms, restaurant and pool view makes a memorable time for us. Thanks a lot all the team members of La Gracia resort. Only thing I noticed is you should improve the room service to next level. Overall we are satisfied ☺️☺️☺️

Hotel did a last minute cancellation stating that there was some leakage problem and there was water leakage, i don't buy that excuse, they would have definitely given our room to somebody else at a higher price. As soon as i escalated the matter to make my trip, they arranged another hotel within no time. Thanks

Rooms not well cleaned they dont have active staff. They dont have crowd at their hotel. Pool water not cleaned for days

The place was avg but management was worst. Owner drink in pool and all staff also very casual. They do not manner how serve his clients. No room service and no phone in room. Small pool and small rooms. No cleaning on time

Food was good, but there is no refrigerator in the room. It was mentioned welcome drink but they haven’t provided. Rates are high compared to rooms and cleanliness.

We had a pleasant stay at this resort, enjoying its serene surroundings and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, our experience was marred by a some mosquito problem, which needed better management. Additionally, the food prices were steep. Overall, it's a good choice for relaxation, but consider packing insect repellent and exploring nearby eateries for better value

Based on previous stay, i have booked the room for family vacation. But the room is not much cleaned, hot water was not coming. Complimentary breakfast is average and not much varieties are available.

La gracia resort offers spacious rooms with excellent facilities and a cooperative staff, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the only drawback is the condition of the access road, which could be improved.
