Clean, functional and well equipped. Decent parking space. The family room has 2 beds so it's good. Courteous staff. Cannot comment on food as we didn't have any.

Good location but not well managed

Firstly it was difficult to find this hotel as it is located within a very narrow road. The property looked really appealing at first when we reached the location, it was peaceful and with clean surroundings. However the services were not up to the mark. On the second day when we were out they did not clean the rooms or change the towels, when asked they said it was due to the reason we did not keep the keys at reception while leaving. So next day we did keep the key and informed to clean the rooms and change the towels, but still the rooms were not cleaned. We had to call the reception asking for towels at 11pm and they provided some smelly towels which appeared to be used. The on the fourth day they cleaned the room as i had been requesting repeatedly. But still had to call them for changing towels everyday. These are basics of any hotel, we need clean rooms and clean towels and water, but these services were not provided. There were so many cockroaches in the room, which shows how well these rooms are cleaned. Also regarding the wifi it only worked for 1 day out of the 5 days we stayed here.

I honestly expected something better, the people at the reception did not seem friendly, the power went out for a moment at night, there is no private parking, the sheets were not in good condition, the fan seemed that it would fly away when I used it
