Room is average & good thing is it is near to calangute beach. But, the worst thing is flush is damage & owner can't send the servant for a housekeeping. So, overall i give the rating 3.

Starting with location the location of the room was not easy had the care taker of the room called me on video and guided me to locate the room. The room was very dirty like newer cleaned for months, sand all over. No water because there was no electricity or load shedding problems. Toilets were dirty i managed 1 night and checked out very early. The caretaker was even rude. Bad experience, the room was very dirty and the caretaker was rude

Very very expensive staying with lot of issues like toilet not clean, not picking phone, ac not working, bad behaving with customer. Going to force leave this room at night 1 am.

It was a good stay at this guest house very neat n clean very safe for girls n as we were couple we enjoyed staying her we called they owner on phone before we took they bus from panjim n we got to location very easily so please do call before you come for perfect location

The best part is it's very close to the beach, hot water is also good. Reasonable price in peak season also. The building and doors are old. Door locks don't work, not suitable for couples. Doors don't have handles.
