Good courteous staff. Clean and good environment. Cook is very nice good food. Villa price is very cheap compared to the facilities

Cockroach everywhere in the room. Bedsheets were not clean like other hotels in delhi/ bangalore rooms prices shouldn't be more than @2500- per day. During breakfast there was shortage of staff to serve foods. Looks they want everyone to leave from dinning place with short breakfast

Staff was co-operative & Room was clean but walls were dirty there was some patches of fungus… was scared of getting skin infection also toiletries was not there, electricity was not there after so much request they started inverter…. Owner should renovate the rooms.

It was good experience and will surely recommend and the service also good. Only one pet dog is quite dangerous and we need to be alert.

Worst experience ever. This is our 4th stay after 10 years. Everything changed now. Breakfast is horrible. Waited for more than 30 minutes to get it served. Cleanliness is another issue. No proper front desk to complain about these issues.

A decent stay who have independent villa in mind for a group.

Though the property is not new, had clean rooms and working ac with access to pool(had dried leaves, easy checkin and check out process, location of the property is added advantage and near to the beach.

A good budget hotel with awesome location next to calangute beach nice near rooms good staff we enjoyed ourselves and the breakfast was good. This was a memorable holiday.

Stay is overall good, but it could have been better if they would have provided clear instruction in description since it is not near to some beaches as hotel mentioned they all are 1 to 2km away. Yeah it is near to beach side but no with candolim and calnguate beacg

Would like to stay on road instead of this so called resort. Worst hospitality, worst rooms even worst than a lodge. All the workers were also not well behaved and not able to understand simple things as well. Got the room even after check in time.

Please try avoid having food here, they don't even sell branded water bottled water. Some smelly local water brand used. Food was soggy tasteless probably made in palm oil or like that. Avoid having food here
