The hotel rooms were very clean and all the facilities were as per standard. The staff was very humble and polite. The hotel is in prime location so all the attractions are easily accessible.

It was above average. Morning tea, coffee not served before 8am. Food was good but quite expensive and quantity was less if you order nonveg and sea food.

Nice property in panjim

The property is located in central panjim. However it is an old property which is undergoing maintenance and renovation. So the floor we were staying in was being painted as we checked in. We were unfortunately given an old room which was due for renovation and which we didn’t like. After one night stay, i requested the manager mr. Chittaranjan deshpande to change the room and he happily obliged. The room he gave was newly renovated one and it was very comfortable and made our stay memorable. The rest of the staff is very good. However, the food was ok ok. But still then i would recommend people this hotel for its location and surrounding areas.

Stay was not upto the expectation. Charged extra for my 15yrs old son but didn't provide proper bedding. I didn't expect this kind of service from orchid group hotel breakfast was average

Rooms were ok but not great. Don't forgot to add breakfast it's unlimited and multiple items were included. House keeping was good.

There were issue with respect to ac in one of the room ( ac was making terrible noise and was not able to sleep) and hotel team don’t resolved issue and given answer that with this room type, you will get this type of ac only. Also instead of double bed they have placed 2 single bed adjacent to each other which were not of same height and lead to difficulty on sleeping. More on these overall behavior of staff of hotel was not found welcoming and comfortable.

The overall experience was pretty good. The room service was prompt. The cleanliness in the hotel was upto the mark. The food was not that great, but you should always take rooms with breakfast, as there are no other options near by in the vicinity of 1km. The location in pretty good, as you can find local shops near by.
