Resort palmeiras dourado is a great place to stay in south goa. The rooms are very clean and neat, the pool was well maintained and is located in a calm and serene location. The restaurant had a variety of options and tasted amazing. They even provide cabs from and to airport. Property manager sunil was very helpful with all needs.

Location is very good just 500 mtrs from casaulim beach, food was exceptional, services and staff is very good, very helpful manager, the pool was closed due to rains, restaurant was very good, its neat clean and hygenic,

Rooms were specious and clean. If one is coming via their own vehicle then parking is outside property. Way to property is via single narrow road. Choice of food for vegetarian is less but test is good. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent customer service and customer appreciation. Location very close to the beach (about 1/2 a kilometer away. Homely atmosphere with choice of good food and a variety of drinks. Thank you.

Rooms are really small, bathroom is like made for animal's stay. Very disorganised room no place to walk or keeping for luggage properly. Staff was good and really helpful. Food ordered was good but breakfast was average. They advertise smallest room price etc if you book it and want to upgrade the room, you have to pay as per hotel's wish.

The place is amazing to stay in south goa, the beach is just about 300 mts from the hotel. The garden, restaurant, pool everything is maintained at it its best. The ambience is so very pleasant. Never felt like leaving the place.

The property ambiance was good, food could be better in taste and with more varieties. They didn't have the bucket and mug in the bathroom but later they gave it when i asked for it. Overall it was a good stay.

Very welcoming staff from the front office to hk to the chef. Front desk staff were really helpful in guiding us with place around. The chef had a really nice chat with us ensuring that our food preference were taken care of.

Their service and swimming pool was very good. The pool didn't have much chlorine. The staff was friendly but the location is too far from major tourist attractions, there's not much to see around the resort. The bathroom is very small. The in house restaurant is expensive. Breakfast was average. Book this place only if you are looking for stay and not sightseeing.

Pros. 20 mins from airport. Had a good pool. Hospitality was good. Cons. Kitchen staff was rude when asked to serve tea in room. Food was okay not great in taste, we had the complimentary breakfast.

Tv, ac, phone not working. Management seems very casual. Communication is worst. However guard, canteen staff and driver are excellent.

Hotel is located away from the main traffic and is very silent. Pool facilities available and rooms are decent. Tourist vehicle available most of the times but pricing is bit costly.

Ok for one night

We needed accommodation for one night on the way from airport toqards south. The resort was small and not close to beaches etc. The property was aged, like towels and bed linen etc had become hard. Toaster, fruits had small ants. Anyways, as we needed for one night we could adjust. Service was good. I recommend if it's only for a night.
